Part of the process for providing customized extrusion solutions here at Parco Inc. also involves ensuring that our customers receive their product in a way that is best suited to fit their individual needs. In order to accommodate this wide variety of needs, we offer engineered aluminum extrusion products that are fully assembled to spec or pre-machined and tagged in “kit” form for assembly at the work site. We are more than willing to take care of your engineering, fabrication, and assembly needs in order to facilitate ease of installation or implementation for your extrusion solution!
Don’t have the time or space to build your custom designed solution on your own? Let our experienced assembly team do it for you! We have years of experience building everything from climate controlled enclosures, to perimeter guarding applications, to workstations and material handling carts. Everything we do is custom engineered, which means we will have no problem handling your next assembly regardless of its size or specs.
After completion in house, our design engineers will run a complete inspection and quality check of the project to ensure that it meets your specific requirements and standards. Our assembly and shipping team will then take time to carefully package and protect the assembly for its journey to whatever location you specify!

Our Engineering Department offers 100% free design assistance in order to make sure you receive exactly what you are looking for. This not only includes our assemblies, but also kits! Ordering a project in kit form is a great way to reduce labor and freight costs, while still ending up with a final product that meets all criteria of your specific design.
We will design, fabricate, and package all of the required components you need to build the order on your own. Any parts needed will be clearly bagged and tagged separately for easy recognition. Any extrusion or panels within the order will be tagged numerically or alphabetically so that they can be easily located on a provided drawing. This “tagged drawing” will be your blueprint for the assembly. Unlike many of our competitors, we do this as a standard across the board as a service for our customers. In the event you run into issues, our design engineers are standing by to assist in answering any questions you might have!

Many of our customers order any number of our thousands of different parts on a daily basis for use many different applications.
