Yes, you are. In fact, we have multiple ways that you can purchase our products. Are Parco products made in the USA?
Yes. Parco is committed to supporting the American economy and job market, which is why all of our T-slotted aluminum extrusions are proudly manufactured in the U.S.A. This domestic production enables us to maintain stringent quality controls, achieve quicker lead times, and uphold reliable manufacturing processes and craftsmanship. Moreover, it contributes to sustaining the U.S. economy and supporting fellow American manufacturers.
Does Parco offer any FREE engineering and design assistance?
Yes. We have full-time CAD engineers who are available to help you design your application from scratch. You will receive a quote from us with CAD drawings for you to review in about 2-3 days. We also have 3D design software that you can download so that you can design it on your own.
What are your standard lead times?
We ship your order according to the following standards:
Standard Length Extrusions and Parco Parts – 1-3 Days
Kit Orders (Cutting and Machining Required) – 4-6 Days
Assemblies (Fully Assembled or Pre-Assembled applications) – 7-12 Days
If you need your order sooner than these standard lead times, just let us know when you’re placing your order, and we will see what we can do to meet the date that you need it.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We do not require a minimum on orders. So no matter how large or small your order is, you will receive our excellent customer service and can put our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee to the test.
What are your payment options?
Parco accepts all major credit cards online as well as NET 30. (You must be pre-approved to use this option.) If you are picking up in person you can also pay by cash.
How Does Parco Ship?
For packages under 96” we will ship UPS. If you are purchasing extrusions our cut-off is 92” to allow for the width of crating. This is automatically calculated in our checkout process. If you would like to use your own UPS account there is a place to add your information during checkout. For crates and larger packages, we will use one of our available freight carriers. If you have a freight account, please call customer service at (800) 817-0617 and provide that information. Why is there an additional UPS handling charge on my order?
There are certain cases where UPS will charge an additional handling fee. For our customers, this typically happens when extrusions are ordered that are over 48″. There is a one time fee per order when this occurs.
FROM UPS: An Additional Handling charge will be assessed for any package that requires special handling, as determined by UPS in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to:
• Any article that is encased in an outside shipping container made of metal or wood.
• Any cylindrical-like item, such as a barrel, drum, pail, or tire, that is not fully encased in a corrugated cardboard shipping container.
• Any package with the longest side exceeding 48 inches or its second-longest side exceeding 30 inches.
• Any package with an actual weight of more than 70 pounds.
• Each package in a shipment where the average weight per package is greater than 70 pounds and the weight for each package is not specified on the source document or the UPS automated shipping system used.
Does Parco Ship to Canada and Mexico?
Yes, we ship to all of North America. Should a shipment need to be sent via freight to Canada or Mexico, we will supply the necessary details such as dimensions, weight, class, and item count. However, the responsibility of coordinating the pickup with a chosen carrier and broker will lie with the recipient. Please note, that we do not manage the logistics for international shipments from our end.
What are Parco’s standard lengths for your extrusions?
Our standard lengths for the 10 series and 15 series are 92”,120” & 240”. The standard lengths for the 30 series, 40 series, and 45 series are 2.33M, 3M & 6M.
Is Parco able to cut and/or machine my order for me?
Yes. We have a full machine shop to cut and/or machine your order to your specifications.
What are your cut tolerances?
Our cut tolerance is +/- .015
Can I purchase a fully assembled design from Parco?
Yes, we specialize in assisting our customers by assembling their custom designs for them.
Can I Order Your Products In DIY Kit Form?
Part of the process for providing customized extrusion solutions here at Parco Inc. also involves ensuring that our customers receive their products in a way that is best suited to fit their individual needs. In order to accommodate this wide variety of needs, we offer engineered aluminum extrusion products that are fully assembled to spec or pre-machined and tagged in “kit” form for assembly at the work site. We are more than willing to take care of your engineering, fabrication, and assembly needs in order to facilitate ease of installation or implementation for your extrusion solution!
Does Parco tag their kits order that they ship out?
Yes. If your order has a BOM (Bill of Materials), we will tag your extrusion with the correlating letter that is on the tag drawing, which is shipped with it, allowing you to quickly and easily assemble your kit when you receive it.
Does Parco offer any type of Green Manufacturing Technology?
Yes, we do! Parco embraces both green and lean manufacturing approaches, thanks to the modularity of our T-slot aluminum extrusion systems. As workplace requirements evolve, these adaptable solutions can be swiftly and effortlessly restructured to meet new functional needs, thereby reducing waste and enhancing efficiency.
Does Parco use recycled aluminum or virgin aluminum?
Parco uses all virgin material.
Does Parco, Inc. offer extrusion in different colors?
Yes, we do. However, we currently do not stock any extrusions in any other color besides our standard clear anodized finish and black anodized. But if you are looking for a certain color for safety purposes or to match your company colors, we can quote you extrusion with that custom color you’re looking for, whether you would like it anodized or powder coated.

The high thermal conductivity of 6560 T6 aluminum makes it a good conductor of heat. This means that it can transfer heat quickly and efficiently.
What is the difference between the 10-series and 15-series fractional extrusion profiles?
The 10 series profile is based off of 1” overall dimensions. From the edge of the extrusion to the center line is ½”, and it is 1” from the center to center of the t-slots. The standard hardware that is used is 1/4-20 thread. The t-slot size is 6 on 10 series. Available 10 series extrusions: E1010G (1”x1”), E1020G (1”x2”), E2020G (2”x 2”), E1010S (1”x1”), E1012S (1”x1” quarter round), E1001S (1”x1”), E1002S (1”x1”), E1003S (1”x1”), E1004S (1”x 1”), E1020S (1”x2”), E1030S (1”x3”), E2020S (2”x2”), E2040S (2”x4”).
The 15 series profile is based off of 1 1/2” overall dimensions. From the edge of the extrusion to the center is ¾”, and it is 1 ½” from the center to center of the t-slots. The standard hardware
that is used is 5/16-18 thread. The The t-slot size is 8 on 15 series.
