Am I able to buy directly from Parco, Inc.?

Yes you are. In fact, we have multiple ways that you can purchase our products. Are Parco products made in the USA?

Yes. Parco believes in keeping jobs and businesses here in America. So, we have ALL of our t-slotted aluminum extrusions are manufactured here within the U.S.A!

Does Parco offer any FREE engineering and design assistance?

Yes. We have full time CAD engineers that are available to help you design your application from scratch. You will receive a quote from us with CAD drawings for you to review in about 2-3 days.

What are your standard lead times?

We ship your order according to the following standards:


Standard Length Extrusions and Parco Parts – 1-3 Days

Kit Orders (Cutting and Machining Required) – 4-6 Days
Assemblies (Fully Assembled or Pre-Assembled applications) – 7-12 Days

If you need your order sooner than these standard lead times, just let us know when you’re placing your and order, and we will see what we can do to meet the date that you need it.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. We do not believe in minimum orders. So no matter how large or small your order is, you will receive our excellent customer service, and can put our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee to the test.

What are Parco’s standard lengths for your extrusions?

Our standard lengths for  the 10 series and 15 series are 92”,120”  & 240”. The standard lengths for the 30 series, 40 series and 45 series are 2.33M, 3M & 6M.

What is the difference between the 10 series and 15 series fractional extrusion profiles?

The 10 series profile is based off of 1” overall dimensions. From the edge of the extrusion to the center line is ½”, and it is 1” from the center to center of the t-slots. The standard hardware that is used is 1/4-20 thread. The t-slot size is 6 on 10 series. Available 10 series extrusions: E1010G (1”x1”), E1020G (1”x2”), E2020G (2”x 2”), E1010S (1”x1”), E1012S (1”x1” quarter round), E1001S (1”x1”), E1002S (1”x1”), E1003S (1”x1”), E1004S (1”x 1”), E1020S (1”x2”), E1030S (1”x3”), E2020S (2”x2”), E2040S (2”x4”).

The 15 series profile is based off of 1 1/2” overall dimensions. From the edge of the extrusion to the center is ¾”, and it is 1 ½” from the center to center of the t-slots. The standard hardware that is used is 5/16-18 thread. The The t-slot size is 8 on 15 series. Available 15 series extrusions: E1515VLG (1.5” x 1.5”), E1515LG (1.5” x 1.5”), E1515G (1.5” x 1.5”), E1517G (1.5” x 1.5” quarter round). E1530LG (1.5” x 3”), E1530G (1.5” x 3”), E3030LG (3” x 3”), E3030G (3” x 3”), E1575S (0.75” x 1.5”), E1515VLS (1.5” x 1.5”), E1515LS (1.5” x 1.5”), E1515S (1.5” x 1.5”), E1501S (1.5” x 1.5”), E1502S (1.5” x 1.5”), E1503S (1.5” x 1.5”), E1504S (1.5” x 1.5”), E1517S (1.5” x 1.5” quarter round), E1530LS (1.5” x 3”), E1530S (1.5” x 3”), E1545S (1.5” x 4.5”), E3030S, (3” x 3”), E3060S (3” x 6”).

Does Parco offer any type of Green Manufacturing Technology?

Yes we do! Because of the modularity of our t-slotted aluminum extrusion we offer not only a green manufacturing technology, but a lean manufacturing technology as well! Because as needs change in your workplace, our solutions can quickly and easily be reconfigured to serve new purposes in your facility.

Does Parco, Inc. offer extrusion in different colors?

Yes we do. However, we currently do not stock any extrusions in any other color besides our standard clear anodized finish. But if you are looking for a certain color for safety purposes or to match your company colors, we can quote you extrusion with that custom color you’re looking for, whether you would like it anodized or powder coated.

What are the specifications of Parco’s extrusions?

Our specifications are:

Alloy – 6063, T6 Temper
Yield Strength – Mpa= 200
0.2% Proof Stress – ksi = 29
Tensile Strength – Mpa = 230
0.2% Proof Stress – ksi = 33
Elasticity (E) – approximately 10,000,000 lbs./sq. in.
Hardness – Webster Model “B” 11-12
Flatness – 0.004” per inch of width
Straightness – 0.0125” per foot of length, not to exceed 0.120” over 20’ of length
Twist – twist per foot of length does not exceed 0.25o and total twist over 20’ of length does not exceed 1.5o

Is Parco able to cut and/or machine my order for me?

Yes. We have a full machine shop to cut and/or machine your order to your specifications.

Can I purchase a fully assembled design from Parco?

Yes. As a matter of fact, we specialize in assisting our customers by assembling their custom designs for them.

Does Parco tag their kits order that they ship out?

Yes. If your order has a BOM (Bill of Materials), we will tag your extrusion with the correlating letter that is on the tag drawing, which is shipped with it, allowing you to quickly and easily assemble your kit when you receive it.
