Parco, Inc. recently completed a large guarding project for a leader in the manufacturing of custom bottles, jars, tubes, and closures in North America. They specialize in the healthcare, food, personal care, and household/industrial market. They have a mandate to bring all equipment up to date on OSHA Standards, to which Parco, Inc. helped them comply.
Our Perimeter Safety Guards are designed specifically for easy entry into the machinery for setup, maintenance, and operations. Our T-slotted aluminum profiles provide us the flexibility to work around custom needs and applications. In this instance, we used a 1” x 1” black PVC coated wire mesh (H24729) with our extrusion (E1515LS) to keep employees protected whilst maintaining complete visibility. Our t-slotted aluminum extrusion products are utilized for the framing on all of our fencing units. We then use PVC-coated wire mesh, clear or smoked lexan, weld curtains, polycarbonate, or acrylic panels to construct the barrier wall. These products together make a sturdy, durable, aesthetically pleasing, and flexible finished product.
