Parco, Inc. understands that mistakes happen and that returns are necessary at times. In which case, Parco, Inc.’s return policy is that You, the customer, have 5 business days from the date of receiving Your order(s) to let Parco, Inc. know of any discrepancies in what You ordered versus what You received, or of any damaged items that you received. A Parco, Inc. representative will contact you regarding any questions or concerns with your product and a determined credit will be applied to original payment method and/or exchange of product will be handled accordingly.
