In which case, Parco, Inc.’s return policy is that You, the customer, have 5 business days from the date of receiving Your order(s) to let Parco, Inc. know of any discrepancies in what You ordered versus what You received, or of any damaged items that you received. A Parco, Inc. representative will contact you regarding any questions or concerns with your product and a determined credit will be applied to original payment method and/or exchange of product will be handled accordingly.

  • Excellent alternative for alum. extrusions. Not as many profile options but similar spec's, smaller company, lower pricing, quicker turnaround, nicer people, family owned. I might buy a few profiles from the other guy but I'll feel better buying them from Parco. I recommend giving them a try.
