PARCO-INC AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS
T-Slot Automation Solutions
For automation solutions, t-slot meets and exceeds expectations. T-slot aluminum is commonly used for automated and robotic solutions across various industrial landscapes. Some of the solutions include:
With t-slot aluminum profiles, various applications for automation and robotic processes can be designed and built easily. This type of modular framing system is lightweight yet strong and cost-effective. It also provides a long-lasting solution for the ever-changing manufacturing environment.
The Optimal Choice
When integrating power, air, controls, and safety features, t-slot aluminum provides a cohesive and capable solution. With industrial automation, there is often consistent and rapid movement. From conveyors to laser-guided material handling, t-slot aluminum can withstand an automation environment and optimize your workflow.
The Future is Here
Over the last two decades, robotic applications have increased in manufacturing, reducing the workforce, yet increasing revenue. The growth in profits has only encouraged more companies to utilize robots and automation for manual tasks. Those who have integrated this framing into their environments have seen t-slot do the following:
- Eliminate sources of injury
- Provide solid base structures
- Increase efficiency
- Reduce lead times
- Enhance productivity
- Allow for maximum precision
- Mount multiple components
T-slot hardware and accessories is ultimately what makes this framing system so versatile and easy to integrate and maintain. Often, assembly lines are retooled to accommodate a new product line. With t-slot, robotic enclosures, conveyors, and guides can be placed and installed quickly to match budgets and deadlines. This holds true with brand new sites as well.
Compliance with safety regulations in a manufacturing setting is imperative. T-slot is both OSHA and ANSI approved. For example, machine guarding is in place to prevent injury from hazards that the machine can cause. T-slot complies with General Industry Standard (29 CFR 1910) for use in manufacturing and assembly to protect employees and operators. For more information regarding safety, visit our Safety Resources page.
If you need machine guarding, we have a machine guarding configurator so that you can build it and price it for yourself. We have standard and heavy-duty machine guarding panels to suit almost any environment.
Designing Automation Solutions
For automation companies and engineering departments, we offer various ways to help with designing the solution you need. We can upload the design you have created and provide a 3D model, tag drawing, and bill of materials for you, or you can receive those things upon downloading SOLIDWORKS from us and creating your own design.
If you need us to manufacture multiple solutions, feel free to contact us. From design creation to fabrication and assembly, we will ensure that your specifications are met from start to finish.
Packaging and Delivery
Here at Parco, we provide your solution to you in several forms to suit your needs and environment. We offer three forms of assembly, and they are:
Kit Form – In kit form, your solution will arrive cut and machined (if applicable) to the specifications noted in the final design and consultation phase. The kit will come with a tag drawing for assembly at your location.
Pre-Assembled – The pre-assembled solution will arrive in sections so that it can be easily installed at your location. This form of delivery is best for solutions that may be too big to ship or fit fully assembled.
Fully Assembled – This option will have your solution arriving fully assembled and ready for placement and installation. For fully assembled solutions, final confirmation needs to be made of address and measurement to ensure the solution will fit upon arrival.
Our designers are happy to assist in creating a solution for your company. We can also help with any design issues you may be encountering using another material and gladly show you how the t-slot framework could be a better option.
No matter the size and scope of your application, we have the ability to provide you with solutions not only in automation but also in other industries. Our collective knowledge and experience with t-slotted aluminum spans more than 50 years. Also, our products are 100% compatible with other t-slot companies like 80/20, Bosch, and more.
