DYNA LIFT AND ALUMINUM T-SLOT SYSTEMS
T-Slot and Dyna-Lift Solutions
Found in many industrial settings, lifting systems play an essential role in getting a job done properly and safely. With structural aluminum framing, lifts are often utilized with tables, workstations, and workbenches. The main goal of a lift system is to allow for better ergonomics, safety, and comfort for employees.
One particular lift system that’s used with t-slotted aluminum is Dyna-Lift. Dyna-Lift makes a variety of lift systems, from forklifts to pallet trucks. At Parco, we use Dyna-Lift Systems to create adjustable lift tables and workbenches.
Purpose of Having an Adjustable Lift Table
Lift tables are used in many applications for many types of industries for experiments, inspection, assembling small parts, repetitive tasks, and more. The ability to adjust the height of a table or piece of equipment allows multiple employees to use the table from shift to shift. Unlike a fixed height table, a lift table is ergonomically suited to provide comfort and prevent injury to an employee. A lift table can also help companies comply with ADA and OSHA Guidelines.
Ergonomics in the workplace is key to employee safety and wellness. Consider a manufacturing setting where a shift will typically run for about 10 to 12 hours. Although breaks are given, hours spent performing a task hunched over or having arms higher than needed can be taxing on the body.
Often employees will complain of burning, aching, or shooting pains in the upper extremities, which generally indicates a repetitive stress injury (RSI). This group of injuries is also called work-related upper limb disorder and non-specific upper limb pain. Types of repetitive stress injuries that are common in the workplace are:
- Epicondylitis (Tennis elbow)
- Tendonitis/Tendinitis
- Bursitis
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
RSI accounts for a high number of worker’s compensation claims across various industries every year. Doing activities for long hours will contribute to and cause the above. With adjustable height tables, the arms and back can operate at a comfortable level that suits the employee using it.
Capabilities of the Dyna-Lift System

- The system operates smoothly and quietly
Dyna-Lift Systems are utilized by either a crank for manual operation or with a push of a but for electrical function. All systems come standard with a four-post lift (96-96-60-60″). They cannot exceed 144″ per cylinder for custom lengths. Available stroke length and weight ratings available are as follows:
Dyna Lift stroke lengths come in 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″, 14″, 16″ adjustable height sizes. There are also a few other custom lengths available.
